The Montreal Canadiens traded defenceman Craig Rivet and a future fifth-round pick to the San Jose Sharks for defenceman Josh Gorges and a first-round pick in this year's draft
Hockey Guy Notes: The sharks finally got a veteran d-man! kuddos to gm Doug Wilson he had spear 1st rounder in 07 and he dealt it! Gorges is nothing more then a6/7th d-man but will help out in the depth on the blueline. Time will tell if the habs trade one of their 2 first rounds picks!
